Technical Advisor - Gas Industry

If you are a qualified gas engineer who is looking to move off the tools and into an interesting office based role then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
This is an interesting and varied position working for a manufacturer providing technical support to customers in relation to their gas and solid fuel appliances.
Reporting directly to the Technical Customer Services Manager. The purpose of this role is to take all customer and retailer calls of a technical nature and provide them with the correct technical advice. This role requires the skill to resolve customer's issues in a swift, successful and diplomatic manner whilst providing excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong knowledge of gas appliances (solid fuel appliance knowledge beneficial)
* Relevant gas and/or solid fuel qualifications eg CCN1, HTR1 etc
