Integrity Engineer

This is an exciting, new opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer. In the role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and cost-effective execution of our integrity management programmes along with inspections on all of our structures to ensure our plant facilities are safe and reliable. With a wide range of technical knowledge on inspection principles, frequencies, equipment damage mechanisms and the techniques of inspection, you will ensure the legal compliance of installations with pressure vessel and inspection related legislation (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations, Pressure Relief Devices etc.) and oversee the execution of mandatory inspection activities related to COMAH report commitments.

You will also be responsible for the management and oversight of the Risked Based Inspection (RBI) programmes recommending inspection plans, corrective repairs and certifying compliance in accordance with UK regulatory standards and industry recommended practices.

To be considered for this position, you should have extensive and broad experience of Mechanical Engineering within the oil and gas industry and hold a Mechanical Engineering degree.

Experienced and certified in API 510, 570 and 580 are essential and you should hold or be working towards the IEng Professional Engineer status. Qualified to ASME Plant Inspector Level 1, and, preferably Senior Plant Inspector Level 2 would also be a requirement for this position.
