STARTING SALARY: Circa £65,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus scheme and company car

Are you an excellent communicator with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality strategic plans? 

As head of water resources, you'll be leading a high-performing technical team, overseeing and developing our strategy as we continue to deliver resilient services to our customers and our local environment in both the short and the long term. It's a crucial time for water resources planning in the UK as we move to a wider regional water resources planning framework so that we can ensure that services are resilient throughout the nation for the next 50 years. 

On top of excellent communication skills, you are likely to have relevant experience from working at a water company, regulator or consultancy in the past. You will have a good understanding of water resources planning and regulation as well as analytical experience grounded in a relevant scientific degree. You will enjoy leading a highly skilled team and collaborating with a wide range of internal and senior external stakeholders, including national regulators and government departments.
