Our client, an independent waste and recycling Company based in the South West, is looking to recruit an experienced MRF Supervisor. Experience of MRF operations is required that includes knowledge of: • recyclable materials (plastics, papers, cans etc.) • plant and machinery; picking-line, baler and mobile plant (training maybe given in the event of specific gaps) • staff supervision (the operation has approximately 18 staff) The role will require working with the Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation. The site receives 15,000t of material per annum. Flexibility is required to respond to operational needs and deal with issues as they arise. Hours are 42.5 hours per week with overtime paid.
