Are you passionate about farming and its contribution to the wider environment?

Can you influence government policy makers on a broad range of countryside issues?

We need an individual with a background in environmental or agricultural policy who can work with (and for) farmers in our topical and high profile role.  The working environment is fast paced and varied; you will have the energy and drive to keep up!

To secure the best outcome for NFU members, you will be a proven communicator, influencer and networker who understands and can emphasise with those in the farming industry.

You will be able to prepare NFU responses to policy and legislative proposals as though it were second nature.  Your keen eye for detail and ability to take complex issues and turn them into policy success will set you apart from others.

The National Farmers’ Union is the voice of British farming, and our members are at the heart of what we do. On their behalf we lobby government and other stakeholders, develop policy and provide a range of frontline services.
