Regional Account Manager
WasteRecruit have been retained by a leading national waste and environmental services company who are looking for an enthusiastic new Regional Account Manager to work within an expanding team. Key Responsibilities • Dealing with any daily requests relating to existing accounts • Regular visits to customers sites to hold account reviews and assist customers in improving waste processes, focusing on the waste hierarchy • Analysis of accounts to ensure ongoing profitability of contracts • Introduction of additional services and innovative ideas to existing customers • Engaging with all departments necessary to address customers’ needs • Work with Suppliers in conjunction with Procurement department to address customers needs/service delivery levels • Portraying a professional, positive & customer focused image to clients & the wider industry • Providing help as directed on National Accounts Knowledge/skills required • 3-5 years’ experience of the Waste industry • Experience of dealing with customers face to face • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of our Client’s products and services • Knowledge of our Client’s Customers • Excellent Planning and Organisation skills - capable of prioritising own workloads and resources • IT Skills: MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word • Driving Licence To apply please send a CV to Ben quoting job reference B8157.
