Senior Chartered Landscape Architect
TEP is seeking to recruit a senior Chartered Landscape Architect to its environmental planning team to work on landscape assessments for a range of projects across Great Britain.
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience in undertaking and co-ordinating Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) for a range of EIA and non-EIA projects, landscape character assessments and preparing landscape evidence for local planning authorities to inform future local plans. We would be particularly interested if candidates have additional experience in leading and co-ordinating Environmental Impact Assessments, although this is not an absolute requirement of the role.
An important part of the role is managing projects for clients, reporting clearly and developing strong relationships where you are the day-to-day contact trusted to deliver high quality documents on programme and within budgets.
You will be asked to help mentor and develop junior staff on projects. You will be well-supported by colleagues and encouraged to innovate where appropriate to enhance our delivery to clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Landscape Architect who has specialised in assessment, and provides a chance to develop your career and expertise whilst working on varied and challenging projects in a supportive multidisciplinary consultancy.
The successful candidates will be based in our Warrington office as part of the Environmental Planning team.
Please note that we are only able to consider candidates already eligible to work in the UK.

The closing date is 5pm Monday 11th September 2017.
