Senior EIA consultant - Central Manchester Real Estate
Prime opportunity for an EIA specialist to join one of the most esteemed real estate firms globally. Having recently set up their Manchester Environmental team, this is a great time to get involved and be pivotal in its success. This role would suit ideally suit a senior consultant with minimum of 4 years' experience looking to take a slightly different direction in their career.
This is a role that differs greatly from conventional consultancy and will give you significant exposure to a wealth of projects and responsibilities typically available.
My client has a newly established team in Manchester to complement their environment team based in London.
This excellent opportunity comes with an existing order book of 3-4 of the region's most prestigious projects to work on, mainly in the Urban regen and property context. You will be working alongside their highly successful planning team, as well with the existing environmental business unit based in London. The role comes with a significant salary as well as bonus circa 10% + bens.
There is also great scope to develop your career further within the firm should you be keen to progress. You should be technically strong and have a track record of coordinating EIA's and ES's. You will be well supported, but should be comfortable working autonomously and able to think on your feet
What you'll need
An established track record managing and delivering EIA ideally within a UK consultancy or similar. Minimum of 4 years.
Experience in the following areas essential:
*A successful track record of EIA co-ordination / project management in the UK
*A thorough understanding of EIA, including best practice guidelines, planning processes and case law
*A positive and proactive attitude
*An appropriate degree and ideally an MSc.
*membership of IEMA preferred
