JSM Associates have been appointed by a highly regarded national planning consultancy to fill this position with an enthusiastic and motivated Landscape Architect with demonstrative planning experience. You'll be used to preparing LVIA's, feasibility studies, landscape planning and supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies as part of your role. You will be assisting the associates and director as well as managing your own project work, so there's plenty of scope for career development.
Our client is one of the largest independent planning consultancies in the UK. They have built a significant reputation for their consultative and strategic advice to major residential, commercial and renewables developers.

Responsibilities
*Preparation of LVIA's
*Landscape planning
*Feasibility studies
*You will possess strong report writing skills
*Demonstrative Project Management experience
*Maintaining and growing existing client relationships and business development
Capabilities and Qualifications:
*Experienced Landscape professional with significant consultancy experience;
*Demonstrable track record in managing teams, leading work winning strategies and significant client relationship development and networking experience;
*Commercial excellence in structuring bids that are deliverable, profitable and ultimately enhance client relationships and our reputation in the market;
*A clear understanding of the landscape markets in the UK;
*Proven Project Manager level technical and commercial management experience.
Qualifications:
*Degree/Masters in Landscape Architecture or equivalent essential.
*Minimum of 3 years post chartership
*Additional post-graduate qualifications in urban design is favourable.
Desirable skills and knowledge:
*Knowledge of the regional markets, the developers and the local planning authorities;
*Mentoring and coaching junior team members
*Specific sector experience in areas such as infrastructure, commercial development, urban regeneration, residential, education, health, energy, historic buildings and landscape planning strategic policy;
*Has previous track record in building long lasting relationships with clients.
*Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
