Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy. They are currently looking to appoint a Technical Administrator to their team based in Birmingham. You shall be working closely with the engineering workforce to ensure work is fully planned, whilst also scheduling customer appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a bustling energetic market leader which offers excellent long term professional development.

The successful candidate shall have upwards of 2 years administration and planning experience, ideally within an engineering, environmental or technical setting, as well have possessing excellent communications skills. Strong IT skills are a must have, and proficient use of planning tool software such as Siebel , IT Excel or Primavera is highly desirable.

Salary: £18,000-21,000 plus full benefits including company pension scheme, private healthcare and flexible annual leave package.

Key Duties:

-Allocating work to engineering employees via in house programs
-Planning customer appointments
-Working close with Business Unit Managers and Operations Managers
-Data input using in house systems
-Working closely with engineers to ensure correct workforce allocation on jobs
-Responsibility for all planning and scheduling activities
