Summary

JSM are working exclusively with this prestigious consultancy who as part of their exciting growth plans are looking for a team lead to work alongside the unit Director. My client seeks an experienced due diligence specialist to take up this pivotal role. They are one of the leading consultancies providing transactional support to banks, private equity, real estate, infrastructure funds and blue chip clients. You will be leading a highly regarded team with a fantastic and diverse range of projects and clients both in the UK and Internationally.

My client offers a range of services to its extensive client base including Technical Due Diligence and ESG as part of transactional activity.

Your Responsibilities:

*Effective day to day team leadership and responsibility for transactional work nationally.
*Strong technical and managerial leadership.
*Partake in Business Development, managing bids, identifying opportunities
*Managing and developing the existing client portfolio
*You will also be required to represent the discipline at the Operational Meetings.
*From a technical perspective, you will provide strong experience and background in Due Diligence preferably across all the asset classes - real estate, corporate and infrastructure.
* You will need to understand very well the financial sector and deliver commercial advice.
*You should be experienced in putting together and winning key bids in the sector.
* There will be an element of financial management of the team.
*You will assist the overall unit Director in delivering the growth strategy for the team.

About you:

*Degree - Engineering or Science related
*Highly experienced in Due Diligence, Environmental risk and ESG
*Ideally a minimum of 10 years of working within financial, real estate or corporate sectors within an Environmental consultancy
* UK Driving licence.
* Willingness to travel when required
