We are a dynamic environmental consultancy seeking to recruit an Energy Assessor to join our expanding team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering energy assessments for residential and non-domestic properties on a number of exciting schemes across the UK.

The successful applicant will have:

  • NDEA (Level 4 qualified) accreditation
  • Experience of On Construction Energy Assessments (SAP)

Applicants must have demonstrable knowledge of resolving Part L compliance issues in new non-domestic and domesticbuildings along with strong understanding of Approved Document Part L and related third tier documents.

There may also be a requirement to undertake surveys of existing non-domestic buildings to generate the EPC. 

Duties will include:

  • Completing energy assessments and producing certificates. 
  • Project Management
  • Developing client relations
  • Report Writing
  • Managing client needs

Good time management skills, a positive attitude, self-motivation and strong IT skills are necessary.

Basic salary commensurate with experience plus potential for bonuses.

We offer flexible terms subject to negotiation and may consider both full and part time applicants, depending upon the candidate.

Full clean driving license and the right to live and work within the UK required.
