Fabric Maintenance Manager - Great Yarmouth - Contract

Location: Great Yarmouth - Onshore

Job Summary:
This role is responsible and accountable for the overall management and delivery of topside fabric maintenance activities across Southern North Sea assets.
The role is to lead and manage fabric maintenance activities to assist in fulfilling asset integrity assurance; ensuring the safe working performance of people; ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years offshore fabric maintenance delivery and execution experience. The candidate will have experience across all FM trades and be knowledgeable in estimating work content and problem solving. The candidate will be self motivated and have good communication skills. IT skills are preferable. The candidate should have strong knowledge of offshore work practices for safe access and safe working.
In addition, the jobholder must have sound professional and safety standards, strong leadership skills, and an ability to develop others and provide timely feedback and guidance to all team members.
Whilst this role is office based there will be a requirement to travel offshore periodically.
