Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Client Director with deep Retail sector experience own and develop the relationship with an existing client, a household name retailer in the UK.
We need experienced business facing (CxO level) individuals with a track record in consultancy led ITO/BPO sales/account management in the Retail Sector.
The existing relationship is a mature stable one, with a multi-million p/a value.
Therefore the role is two fold;
(1) To ensure the successful delivery of the existing services maintaining P&L and client satisfaction
(2) Acting as client partner to identify and target opportunities to expand the services including but not limited to ITO, BPO, Business Transformation and Change.
Your background should be with a company known & recognised in this space (Accenture, IBM, Cap Gemini, CSC, Logica or similar)
You will be used to working at CxO level - with a successful track record of P&L ownership and delivery of ITO and BPO solutions (including Application Management)
- Career history operating in a similar client-facing role with Retail clients
- Extensive experience of team management, service delivery, ITO/BPO and account management
- Accustomed to working in multicultural matrixed environments and the onshore/offshore model
