Consultant - Change Management - Operational Excellence - Oil&Gas
IDPP is looking for experienced Oil & Gas Operational change management consultants for an international consultancy firm specialised in Operational Excellence.
As an experienced Consultant in the Oil & Gas industry you role will be to optimise the efficiency and capability of the production and maintenance of on/offshore oilfields.
There will be an average of 40 weeks a year client utilisation (onshore) or 2/2 rotation: 2 weeks in Aberdeen and 2 weeks offshore (Helicopter Point is out of Aberdeen)
Through consulting and coaching you will ensure continuous improvement, behavioural change and implement new process by leading client workshops.
You will lead one or more operational improvement project work-stream(s) together with 3 -5 taskforce members in order to achieve specific time, cost and quality deliverables. The ultimate goal is to bring about lasting change to build people and organisational performance and capability.
We are looking for someone with 2 -6 years experience as a consultant in Oil & Gas Operations, who has a strong desire to embrace working offshore.
- Experience of efficient production and maintenance capability(on/offshore oilfields)
- Consulting & Coaching, continuous improvement, behavioural change of new process (Leading Client workshops)
- Experience of OPERATIONAL Change Management Implementation programs, managing a work stream(s)
- Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
- UK & European wide work eligibility.
