In this role we will look to you to help ensure our tenants comply with their leases, licences and other contractual terms and conditions. This information will also allow you to ensure the efficiency of the calculation and billing of our energy income. You will also manage the receipt of applications for temporary consents, which will include checking for and addressing any conflicts.
We’re looking for considerable knowledge of asset management and property lease obligations, which would have included engaging with tenants to ensure clarity and compliance. You will have also have experience in the development and consenting of – preferably - offshore wind or marine projects, including their transition from construction and commissioning into operations. We’ll also want to see evidence of how you can implement innovative solutions and prioritise your work. You will have the ability to build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a 12 month contract (maternity cover).
