RenewableUK - in partnership with Grant Thornton, The Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) and the University of Sheffield - has been successful in its bid to secure funding for a significant offshore wind manufacturing programme – GROW:Offshore Wind. RenewableUK are leading on market assessment and industry insight for the programme
We are recruiting a Market Intelligence Manager to ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of an offshore wind market assessment database to support the GROW:Offshore Wind programme. This will involve bringing together existing research and engaging directly with key offshore wind supply chain companies to provide a live database of opportunities for offshore wind manufacturing with a specific focus on lower tier components. The Market Intelligence Manager will engage directly with key customers in the offshore wind supply chain to ascertain forthcoming contract opportunities and will ensure that data within the database is up to date, revising likely component demand requirements, based on real-time information derived from project timelines, market announcements & industry knowledge.
