Leading Multi-disciplinary consultancy with a workload that includes major infrastructure projects world-wide are looking to recruit a Principal Geotechnical Engineer into their Geotechnical Division in the South West.
Working on exciting and challenging foundation, geotechnical and tunnelling projects you will be an integral part of this well established team. You would be responsible for project management of a range of geotechnical projects, staff mentoring, financial and commercial management and client development. In addition to this the daily duties would include:
- Production of detailed design solutions
- Slope stability assessments
- Supervision of geotechnical works and interpretation of data
- Project management including pre-qualification, tenders and finance
- Team management
The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level, Chartered and have a wealth of geotechnical expertise. You should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time. You should have experience in the completion and management of geotechnical projects from inception, through design and delivery. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and dynamic with excellent verbal and written communication ability.
