Leading brownfield Services Company with offices across the UK is looking to recruit a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer into their busy office based in Leeds. Working across a variety of business sectors including private developers, house builders and commercial developers you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects for the Geo-Environmental team.

The role will involve but will not be limited to technical and financial management of projects, business development, liaising with regulators and managing the on-going development of team.

The ideal candidate should have experience of:

* Design and Implementation of Remediation Projects
* DQRA and GQRA Risk Assessment methodologies
* Contaminated Land Development Projects
* Part 2A Land Quality Issues
* Understanding of Geotechnical Design and Eurocodes
* Business Development
* Team Management

You should be educated to BSc or MSc within a geotechnical or environmental subject and be a chartered member of an appropriate professional body.  You should have considerable and recent experience within the assessment and remediation of development land, be commercially astute, be a strong and dynamic leader and excellent communication and report writing skills.

Salary and benefits will be dependent on experience, plus company car, pension provision and private health care.
