Leading Consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Senior / Principal Geotechnical Engineer on a freelance basis, to provide assistance with their current geotechnical workload for approximately 2-3 month.
You will be an experienced geotechnical engineer with good interpretative reporting and geotechnical design skills (eg shallow foundations, piles and retaining walls). Duties will include design and management of ground investigations, preparation of desk studies and interpretative reporting, foundation design and slope stability assessments. Responsibility may also include project management and liaison with internal and external clients and colleagues. Highways earthworks design experience to HD22/08 is essential.
