We are recruiting a Project Manager to join our Environmental Liability Management group in Wimbledon.
You will be joining the team to mentor staff during site investigations, to review and undertake human health / controlled waters risk assessments (Stage 1 and 2), author reports, as well as manage projects ranging from £10 to £500K for clients in various sectors, fully accountable for the quality, financial and timely delivery to clients.
Your role is also to ensure URS and Client objectives are met throughout the life of a project, including various financial, technical and quality KPIs. You will be effective in developing proposals for ground investigations and remediation projects as well as be expected to compile and interpret field and analytical data, with appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
We are looking for candidates with experience in this area with a strong understanding of contaminated land assessment and legislation and with a strong understanding of human health and controlled waters risk assessments. Experience with corporate clients is ideal for this role for example, petroleum/oil and gas clients.
You should have experience of field sampling and data reviews, be a strong team worker - able to listen to requirements and work well with others and strong communication skills at all levels.
You must have a relevant BSc degree and an MSc degree is preferred in Geology / Hydrogeology / Contaminated Land / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science
