We are looking for a person to join our Commercial Sustainability Team in Basingstoke to work alongside our current team of consultants and assessors. The team work on mass market projects from the pre-acquisition stage, through design, planning and construction and provide advice on all aspects of sustainability from a commercial perspective. The person will be working on current projects which include dwellings, offices, industrial and retail, all of which are new build at all stages of the process from outline to construction.

Consultant
Work with client development teams to determine the most cost effect manner in which to cover Green Issues in order to obtain planning consents with as few conditions attached as possible. Post planning discharge the conditions in a cost effective manner. Essential to have good proven report writing skills and good economic appreciation. Helpful skills include planning, CSH, BREEAM, SAPs and legal acquisition process.

Graduate Consultant
We are looking for a graduate with particular interest in sustainability to support our consultants. Background knowledge of sustainable building design, planning, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM would be advantageous but not essential. Good report writing skills and basic economic understanding are essential. The person will be developing their professional skills and become part of our graduate training scheme.
