Our client a leading Multi-disciplinary consultancy with a truly worldwide presents now have an exciting opportunity for a contaminated land specialist to join there established team based in Glasgow. You will be joining an experienced group of like mind professionals working on a broad range of projects within both the public and private sectors.  Due to the size and various sectors which they work in, project work will be varied and diverse. The role is one where you will be give full autonomy to run small to medium sized projects, and responsibility from inception to completion. This is a fantastic chance for you to be able to take ownership of your own work load and develop client relationships in doing do.

Your background will be that of a specialist within contaminated land, with experience in phase 1 and 2 site investigation and experience of remediation design and technical site supervision. This technical background will be coupled with excellent project management experience and the ability to liaise with end clients and contractors alike.

Academically you will ideally have a first degree in geology, environmental science or similar and ideally an MSc or equivalent in an appropriate, relevant subject. More importantly this will be backed up with a strong track record of delivery and extensive relevant commercial experience in this specialist area.
