The Role
You will be working in a fast paced and target driven environment and to be successful you will need a high level of personal focus, self-motivation and commercial drive.
Working alongside experienced recruiters you will have the opportunity to build and nurture close relationships with new and established clients.
Key Attributes
We are looking for ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding UK HQ based in Wimborne, Dorset.
You must be hard-working, articulate, committed and quick to learn.
Ideally you will be a graduate with a good university degree and previous experience in a sales / customer facing role.
In addition, you will be able to motivate yourself, work both in a team and as an individual with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
A passion for sustainability and the environment is advantageous.
