An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the largest design companies offering BREEAM and sustainability advice to clients. It is to take on an extensive lead role in the assessment, analysis and rating of buildings. This will be from scheme inception through to determining the final rating. Primarily they will be undertaking BREEAM assessments and producing BREEAM reports for submission to the BRE.
You must be capable of actively contributing, developing and analysing proposed buildings as well as providing advice to Clients in terms of proposing solutions to increase respective ratings. It would be desirable if your experience extends to a thorough understanding of the aspects of Sustainable Development, CfSH and Building Regulations compliance. Previous experience in energy and carbon related activities would also be beneficial. A qualification as a BREEAM assessor in one or more scheme types, preferably including BREEAM New Construction 2011, is required. Apply on-line now.
