Senior Engineer/ Engineer
Responsible for undertaking Water Resource and Flood Management Studies
Outline of role
Undertaking engineering and scientific studies in areas of water resources, water and sewerage networks optioneering, river engineering and flood modelling, SUDS and hydrology.
Client liaison and progress reporting
Reporting to and communicating with Line Manager
Project management
Qualifications required
MSc or PhD in Water Resources and/or Flood Management related studies
CIWEM or MICE prefered
Experience required
Good experience of working with Water Companies and in particular:
Water resource studies
Flood risk assessments
SUDS & hydrological studies
Qualities required
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Proven client liaison and progress reporting
Ability to manage small projects including financial responsibility
Proven teamworking ability
