Environmental Due Diligence Consultant

My client, an international multidisciplinary, is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Due Diligence Consultant to join their London based team.
 
You will be experienced in identifying environmental, health and safety liabilities and value enhancement opportunities critical  to the due diligence process for real estate or corporate transactions.
 
These could include one or more of the following areas -
 
 
Phase I assessments
Environmental, health & safety compliance assessments
Environmental liability evaluation and cost estimating
Technical support for transaction negotiations
Asbestos & hazardous material assessments
Corporate social responsibility assessments
Energy consulting
Product and supply chain risk evaluation, including minerals
Evaluation of climate change risk
Review of company sustainability initiatives and posture
 
You will have a strong commercial sense and good business development skills as well as a proven track record in managing and delivery of complex projects to a range of clients.
