You will lead a UK-wide team of mobile engineers to build better energy solutions for communities. In addition, you will monitor all equipment, identifying areas where it is not performing as well as it should be and implementing solutions. This will also involve ensuring that the right resources are available to get the job done correctly, while managing suppliers and negotiating service contracts.
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you possess the following:
-A recognised engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent
-Previous experience in a maintenance manager role within the district heating/CHP market
-Working knowledge of using computer-based asset management/maintenance systems
-Proven leadership skills and experience of managing and motivating staff
-Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
