One of the most successful engineering consultancies in the world is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its water team. This is a superb opportunity to join a well known organisation with high profile clients and an expanding workload.
You will provide engineering design support to the Chief Engineer and technical support to the civil engineering team. This will involve:
-Preparation of technical calculations and reports including technical reviews
-Production of innovative engineering design solutions
-Coordination of design and drawings
-Attendance at client meetings
-Setting budgets for projects
-Reporting progress and monitoring cost
-Compliance with health and safety requirements and CDM regulations
You will be degree qualified within civil engineering and hold chartered status. Significant experience of working in the water industry, particularly in the area of sewerage (including UIDs) and water supply networks, is required. You will have the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams as well as contribute to the project management of feasibility and detailed design projects. In addition, you must have strong analytical and communication skills.
