Due to an exciting period of expansion my client has an opportunity for an additional Remediation Engineer to join their busy team in Kent. The role would see the successful applicant working mostly in the UK although there will be access to overseas projects also.
Reporting and working within a Project Team, candidates will be required to prepare & assist in the design of treatment systems mainly for domestic oil spills. They will also be required to assist with the on-site installation, commissioning and decommissioning of remediation/treatment systems to include the on-going liaison, monitoring, troubleshooting and information sharing with internal teams. Additionally the role will involve general day to day running and co-ordination of projects.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in the contaminated land sector. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude to work and posses the enthusiasm and drive to deliver the requirements of this role. The ability to work as an effective member of a team and on your own initiative will be essential, along with excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. A full UK/EC driving licence is essential.
