To establish and maintain a network of effective working relationships, both internally and externally in order to proactively drive the total Technical FM services vision for the client's UK portfolio. You'll develop and deliver an energy strategy in support of consumption targets and project pipeline innovation.
You need to be able to deliver within challenging conditions and to an exceptionally high standard by being personable and committed to getting the best results for the business and demonstrating tenacity and attention to detail. Competence in managing multi million pound operational budgets and strong business acumen is essential. A formal engineering qualification to at least HND level and professional membership to I.Eng or C.Eng is also required.
