Opportunity available for a Process Engineer based in Ludlow, Shropshire, with travel required to the UK wide operational sites of this waste management organisation. You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the detailed process design and in return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £40,000.
In this role you will utilise engineering line diagrams, produce specifications of equipment and develop the plant control system to successful achieve the goals of the Process Engineer role.
The ideal candidate will hold either a degree in chemical or process engineering or a HND in engineering and have previous experience within a relevant area. You will have the ability to analyse problems, assess risk profiles, determine action and develop solutions. Therefore you will need to be fully conversant with all forms of process engineering documentation and national and international codes and standards applicable to the design, construction and operation of process plants.
An excellent communicator, both verbally and written, you will communicate your intentions and progress to all levels of the business and efficiently manage your own time using relevant time management techniques to ensure timely delivery of projects. Proficient in MS Word and Excel it is essential that you are able to read engineering drawings and, desirably, produce AutoCAD drawings.

Please note: due to the travel involved in this role you must hold a driving licence and being willing to travel extensively throughout the UK.
