The main areas of work include contribution to environmental impact assessments (EIA), stand alone assessments for property developments and assessment of Highways Agency schemes.
You will contribute to air quality projects and provide support to the team and other colleagues. You will carry out site work including installation of air quality monitoring equipment; undertake air quality modelling using the DMRB screening model, Breeze AERMOD and ADMS (Roads); produce clear concise reports; and be prepared to work on a range of assignments in support of your colleagues’ projects.
You will hold, at least, a graduate level qualification and preferably a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field. You will have experience of undertaking a variety of air quality assessments and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of relevant air quality legislation, recent air quality guidance and have experience of air quality modelling techniques. As well as a good degree, you must be willing to learn and be determined to go far. In return, we give you the opportunity to work with some of the top people in the industry.
My client encourages a healthy work-life balance by offering flexible working, a contributory pension scheme and private healthcare cover.
