Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

They now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BID Manager to join their well established team. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for f high profile complex infrastructure projects.
This is a key role in delivering our clients exciting and ambitious growth programme. In order to maximise their operation they're seeking an experienced Bid and Contracts Manager to manage current customers and prospects. Reporting to the Commercial Manager this is a newly created, interesting and varied role.
The job: Look at existing contract documentation and implement strategies to protect the business. Negotiate with customers to maximise profitability & opportunity throughout the contract life. Support the commercial manager to achieve the best contract adjustments for the company. Analyse management information for tenders and contracts. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to customers as required.The person: Experience drafting contracts and presenting bids Excellent communication skills Strong negotiation skills & experienceSolid understanding of the commercial contract conditions Good attention to detail Excellent organisation & time management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience of project management
Experience of large and complex infrastructure projects advantageous
Relevant qualifications in bid management
Extensive track record of bid management ideally within multi disciplinary environment.
Experienced working within quality systems and procedures.
