Job: Operations and Maintenance Service Manager, Eden Recruitment Ltd

Key responsibilities include building the operations and maintenance service arm of the company, providing these services to on-site small to medium renewable generation projects (up to 5MW). This will include: * Overseeing operation and maintenance regimes * Parts procurement * Fuel procurement * Billing * Administration of ROC's and CHPQA Further responsibilities include aiding in the acquisition and execution of projects in the area of energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings, and the development and delivery of low or zero carbon energy supply strategies for the built environment. A practical background related to power generation and built environment is desirable, ideally with electrical and mechanical knowledge of CHP. The ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table is crucial. A practical and commercial attitude is required with excellent project management skills. You must have the capacity to work independently as this role is mainly home-working or from the head office in Lincolnshire.
