Salary: 28000

A well established consultancy who have experienced recent growth are expanding and require a BREEAM Assessor to join their team in the East Midlands.

The role will involves carrying out BREEAM assessments along with a host of other sustainability duties. You will mainly be working on projects within the commercial and educational sectors, dealing with the construction of new office developments and new schools.

The successful applicant must have previous experience of carrying out BREEAM Assessments, renewable energy and building services. This will preferably have come from a consultancy environment, and you will also have a degree in a relevant Environmental discipline.

The salary for the role is between £23,000 & £33,000 with a fantastic benefits package.

Duties / Skills

• BREEAM assessments

• Contributing to construction design

• Posses an up to date knowledge of Part L, IES and all other relevant legislation

• QA Management

• Planning and scheduling of resources for buildings

• Liaising with clients & authorities

• Writing high quality BREEAM environmental assessment reports
