Job: Sustainability Team Leader, Eden Recruitment Ltd

This role will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to lead a team of 5-6 professionals in delivering Environmental Planning (e.g. Environmental & Social Impact Assessment) and Sustainability (e.g. Sustainability Assessment) projects. You will be required to display commercial awareness in team management, bid submission and project delivery phases of the project life-cycle to ensure the profitability of projects. You will need to have the ability to successfully manage the team and deliver projects on time and to budget. It is anticipated that you will have a degree and preferably Masters in a Environmental Planning and/or Sustainability together with membership of an appropriate professional body. Candidates should have strong project management and commercial skills, have good all round experience of Environmental & Social Impact Assessments, Environmental Management Plans, Sustainability Assessment, Sustainable masterplanning and International/lending institution requirements e.g. World Bank, IFC, Equator principles etc.
