It takes a certain type of individual to be successful at leading a major regional office for one of the UK’s most reputable multidisciplinary consultancies. First class people and financial management skills are obvious requirements, but the right candidate will also be capable of adapting to changing circumstances and thinking and acting proactively to ensure we maintain and improve our status in the markets within which we operate.

Our people will be your biggest priority, ensuring the staff within the region are trained and equipped to safely carry out their jobs to the highest standard; as well as building a strong team work ethos within the office by getting the best out of the valuable individuals working within it.

Yet you will also be responsible for the regions business strategy, working with and leading the senior management team to ensuring we are maximising all our appropriate opportunities and delivering high quality services professionally.
