Position: Senior/Principle Wind Farm & Development
- Infrastructure engineer
- Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

In this role you will design, manage and supervise both the financial performance and delivery of the design of multi-disciplinary Wind Farm & Development Site Infrastructure Projects: also you will ensure that the training, learning and development objectives of team staff is met and assist with mentoring of team staff where appropriate; along with developing and managing new and existing client relationships ensuring a high standard of technical and financial delivery is met. You will also assist in the preparation and presentation of bid proposals to further develop the Wind Farm Infrastructure Business.

Skills required:
• Preferably Honours Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering but would consider HND or HNC with relevant experience. • Professional Qualification’s or working towards a Professional Qualification would be beneficial. • Significant experience within the design & design management of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects covering; development & wind farm site road / access works, sustainable drainage strategies, earthworks design including ground modelling works, site servicing strategies, appreciation of heavy foundation engineering, significant experience within Statutory Consultations and in obtaining Statutory Approvals (RCC / Environmental Agency & SEPA approvals / Warrants). Previous experience of developer client, leading multi-disciplinary teams, general project management, significant experience within the design of infrastructure works and client / design & construction team interface coupled with good communication skills is a must.
