Due to the passionate expansion plans of the company, my clients are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Director with Demonstrable skills in a variety of Technical Disciplines within the Environment sector, to help them achieve the goals outlined in their strategic plans.

This London based position is a key recruit for a company with an ever increasing reputation within the industry. This is one of two director level appointments that will see my clients into the next round of their development plans. You will be responsible for technical leadership which means; being the recognized authority on certain technical areas as well as taking responsibility for specific market sectors and helping the other directors develop and mentor company staff and develop ‘service teams’ to deliver on projects within all technical areas of the business which will be managed by the Technical Director.

Overall duties may include: • Developing People and Teams • Contribution to the Business and Strategic Plans • Providing Technical Leadership • Implementing Technical Abilities • Training and Mentoring Staff • Managing Change as the Company Progresses • Strategic Key Account Management • Liaising with and Satisfying Key Stakeholders • Performance Management

The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of a wide range of technical areas within the Environment sector and hold a relevant degree and/or postgraduate qualification. You will naturally have a technical mind and ability to drive and develop business by managing people, projects and resources effectively.
