Job: Contaminated Land Senior Consultant, Eden Recruitment Ltd

Due to the continued success of its Soil & Groundwater business our client requires an experienced and motivated individual who can manage contaminated land geo-environmental projects successfully to join its multidisciplinary team in Oxford. The role will involve project management responsibilities including liaison with clients and regulators and the ability to communicate complex environmental and geotechnical information is essential. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good experience and working knowledge of the following areas of work: Managing and supervising Phase 1and 2 investigations including soil and rock logging, soil and groundwater sampling and in situ testing, Interpretative report writing including undertaking human health risk and groundwater assessment utilising CLEA, RBCA, SNIFFER, BP RISC and EA R&D P20, Contaminated land remedial works outline design and specification and undertaking preliminary geotechnical assessments such as basic foundation designs an advantage. Candidates with experience of preparing detailed designs of contaminated land earthworks and remediation schemes are preferred.
