Senior Permitting Officer

Nottingham, Warrington and Solihull • £24,000 - £30,000 + benefits

Contributing to the environmental regulation of businesses across various industry sectors, the work we do helping these organisations operate efficiently and legally has never had so much public attention. Join the team, and you’ll put modern regulations into practice ensuring permits comply with the latest water quality, water resources and waste management standards.

This is an opportunity to be at the centre of planning and delivering permits and specialist advice. It’s also a chance to develop the next generation of permitting officers by mentoring junior members of the team. Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills plus a good understanding of the permitting process and application of computer technology are essential. You must be a graduate, in a relevant discipline, with a successful track record in water quality and water resources.
