Hydro/Flood Risk Management Professional, Birmingham Salary: £35K+

A leading multidisciplinary consultant’s flood risk management group in the Midlands has grown significantly over the last few years and is now looking to recruit an engineer based in either the Birmingham or Northampton office to further develop the team.

A chartered member of either ICE or CIWEM (or approaching), you must be able to demonstrate significant experience of flood risk management and, in particular, have produced Flood Risk Assessments in accordance with PPG/PPS 25. You will also need to be capable of developing river models using FEH, ISI and/or HEC-RAS.

In addition to the technical experience above, you must be able to manage projects of varying size and complexity delivering to both budget and timescale whilst supervising and mentoring more junior staff. Therefore previous experience in this role would be advantageous.
