Job: Hydrologist/Hydrogeologist, Eden Recruitment Ltd

The successful candidate should have a strong technical background in a wide range of hydrological and/or hydrogeological environs plus water resource planning. You are likely to come from a number of backgrounds including environmental consultancy, engineering/industry, local authority or from a regulatory background. Regardless of background applicants will need to demonstrate technical expertise within the field of hydrology or hydrogeology. Strong project management skills together with experience of liaising with / managing both clients and regulators is required. A good understanding of UK Water/Environmental legislation is also required. Experience in undertaking formal flood risk assessments would also be advantageous. Applicants are likely to have an MSc in Hydrology or equivalent. Membership of CIWEM in pursuit of chartered status or equivalent is also preferred.
