Position: Graduate Carbon Management Advisor
Salary: £18-20K

One of the largest service providers of energy consultancy and engineering support in the UK is looking for a Graduate Carbon Management Advisor to join their team.

You will provide technical phone based advice on energy efficiency and your key responsibilities will be to answer customer enquiries by telephone, email, fax or other.

You will need to be educated to degree level in relevant subject such as Engineering, Environment or Science. Ideally you will have a good understanding of energy management including carbon abatement solutions, energy efficiency and cost saving. You will respond quickly to technical questions and understand the concepts and be able to easily translate practical advise to customers. Previous experience in business to business inbound/outbound centre, advising or selling details would be beneficial.
