Job: Graduate Account Carbon Management, Allen & York Ltd

One of the largest providers of energy consultancy and engineering support services in the UK is looking for a Graduate Carbon Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

As an account manager you will be managing accounts from £50k up to £3m per annum. Being a part of wider account management team and will contribute to meeting key business targets and government targets for Co2 emission reduction.

Your key areas of responsibility will be to determine appropriate services for Customers in line with Customer Needs Analysis. You will be able to discuss with Customers the product, including describing and promoting benefits, whilst understanding and communicating Customers' eligibility. You will be customer focused and aim to provide the highest quality service at all times. Ensuring your team is continually promoting or supporting the products and offering advise to customers on achieving carbon saving, energy efficient measures and offer technical advice as necessary. Customer visits may happen from time to time and you will also on occasion need to contribute to initiatives such as product or new services.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have a professional telephone manor and be able to build relationships easily across all levels. You will enjoy problem solving and be able to promote, persuade and encourage customers to implement measures to reduce their carbon emissions.
