Position: Graduate Environmental Scientist
Salary: £17000 - 22000

Qualifications: My client are looking for graduates to cover a number of aspects of their business including contaminated land and geotechnical engineering therefore qualifications desired will include a BSc in Geology, Geosciences, Earth Sciences and Environmental disciplines. Masters qualifications in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Soil Mechanics or environmental sciences would be an advantage.

Experience: Any experience in the field or related fields would be advantageous.

My client currently employs over 6000 professionals across 170 offices. They are involved in the designing, managing, planning and implementing of projects in water, environmental and energy sectors. They have over 170 offices world wide.

Duties:

Site investigation

Writing technical reports

Trial pitting

Interpretation of data

Desk studies.

Typical projects

You will be working on projects ranging from £2000 to £1 million and dealing with key clients. Work will be varied and can cover a large number of different sectors.
