Position: Graduate Energy Consultant
Salary: £18000-£24000

Uniquely the consultany is privately owned by the managers and operates a flat management structure with a progressive incentive scheme that seeks to attract and reward high calibre individuals and to provide a rewarding working environment. For the right candidates there are clear routes to becoming part of the management of the firm and ultimately to join in equity ownership.

The successful candidate shall also support the operation of the Carbon Management team in a variety of areas on an as required basis. This may include data manipulation for utility invoice queries, client account management, energy surveys and carbon foot printing.

Qualification

* A level in a mathematics based subject.

* A first degree in a building related or scientific discipline.

* A Masters Degree in an environmental based subject preferred

* SBEM competency certificate.

* A full driving licence.

Skills

* IT packages including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Outlook.

* Ability to accurately input data into software programmes.

* Pre-understanding of SBEM software programme would be an advantage. However, training will be given.

* An aptitude and interest in the built environment.

* Well organised and be able to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision.

* Ability to accurately measure and record data relating to buildings.

* Numerically competent.

* Strong communication skills both orally and in writing.

* Report writing skills.
