Job: Senior Regulatory Environmental Risk Assessor/Environmental, Allen & York Ltd

A large UK consultancy company is now recruiting for a senior member of staff to sit within their chemical department. This is an excellent opportunity to sit within a risk assessment and modeling team in Cambridge. 

The role will primarily involve development and maintenance of consultancy or researching business for the team. The post holder will be a recognized senior representative.

Responsibilities will include: • Producing original ideas, and moving forward to developing them into sound experiments, and correctly interpreting the results. • Managing complex projects/experiments requiring co-ordination between sites and liaison with collaborators both externally and internally. • To demonstrate initiatives in Account Management, developing, selling and winning new business for self and others to meet set sales targets. • Contributing to bid teams and leading the bidding process for major contracts where appropriate • Produce refereed scientific papers and conference presentations. • Routinely provide effective assistance, guidance, leadership and training to both senior and junior colleagues.
