Job: Principal Acoustics Consultant, Beresford Blake Thomas

My client is one of the UK’s leading consultancies with expertise in building, environment and entertainment acoustics and vibration. They are expanding our team of acousticians across London and the South East and are looking for an experienced acousticians preferably with skills in environmental and/or building design acoustics. You will be responsible for leading a growing team of committed and enthusiastic consultants, and become part of a large and expanding broad based engineering and environmental consultancy with offices throughout the UK.

Description:

My client has a unique opportunity for an Acoustics professional to develop a team and grow the Business within London and the South East. A career defining opportunity for the right applicant. Successful applicants will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in acoustics or acoustics related discipline (e.g. physics. maths, environmental sciences, environmental health or Engineering). Coupled with extensive post graduate experience in acoustics, primarily in Building Acoustics. In addition, experience as Project Manager is essential. Responsibilities: to include budgeting, submission of proposals to clients, client development, winning new business, programming and report writing. Experience of using IMMI, EASE, CATT or Raynoise software is required.
